Having "greater willpower" or more "control" over food is not the answer! Your unique relationship to food and its connection to family of origin, automatic responses to stress, and underlying beliefs can cause self-sabotage in this area.

*I have been in the fitness/health industry for 16 years as a personal trainer, group fitness and Pilates instructor, fitness director, weight loss coach and continuing education course instructor at community colleges. My passion is simple: To help you lead a healthier lifestyle with nutrition and fitness YOUR WAY!
*I have my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed my 1200 hr Dietetic Internship at UMDNJ. (University of Medicine & Dentistry). I am a personal trainer certified through WITS
*When I am not working, I practice yoga, pilates and circuit training. I believe you should love how you sweat, and I LOVE DANCING! Physical activity can be anything you want to be, even if it's jamming out in your pjs to the 80's!!!!
