People love to eat meals out and we want to help them to fit your restaurant's foods into their eating patterns.  We can provide menu/recipe analysis and help your establishment to identify "better for you" choices for your patrons.  While NJ does not requite calorie labeling, an educated consumer will be thrilled to know that food that is GOOD for them also TASTES good!


We are happy to take you to the grocery store to help you read labels, identify brands and/or products that may be better choices for you and your family.

Cancellation Policy

Yes, we have a strict cancellation policy. Why?  Because we believe in providing our clients with excellent service. In fact, that is why we are in private practice.  We care about your health, sometimes more than you do.  While you may be willing to put your healthcare needs on hold, for any number of reasons (i.e., its not convenient, perhaps you didn't lose as much weight as you hoped, you need to clean your house, etc.), it only hurts you in the long run AND it hurts our bottom line.  We are a business versus a not-for-profit charity.

We ask that you provide 72 hrs notice for cancellation of appointments (airlines, hotels, spas & restaurants do this too).

When you book an appointment, that time is exclusively reserved for YOU.  When you cancel, not only do we lose YOUR business, but we also lose the business of another individual who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Cancelled appointment often cannot be filled on short notice (and we don't overbook).  

There is a $100 fee for appointments and cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.  Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full fee for the service missed.

* Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expiration dates are final.   Refunds for services purchased, but not scheduled, MUST be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
